Update Match Competitors from Excel Spreadsheet
A Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet can be used to import and synchronize a Match Competitor list/table from an external source. This feature should not be used once the Match has officially started. The Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet should be saved in "Excel 97 - 2003 Workbook" (*.XLS) format and must have a Worksheet named Sheet that has the following mandatory columns:

Additional columns may appear in the Worksheet, but they will be ignored by WinMSS. All of the above required fields can be blank, except: Family Name; Given Name; and, Country of Residence. Please take note:
• | Country of Residence - must be a valid Region Code. |
• | Division - entry is blank, Open Division will automatically be assumed. If the Division is entered, it must be one from the Division List. |
• | Category - if entered must be one from the Category List. |
• | Power Factor - entry is left blank, the Power Factor will default to Major unless the Competitor's Division only permits Minor. |
• | Passport: Gender - entry is left blank, the Competitor will not be placed into the Lady Category. If this entry is filled in, the permissible values are: Male; and, Female. |
